Here are some of the shots we are thinking of using for when we film our thriller. There are three catergories, the shot number, the type of shot and the description of what happens.

Costume
Thought that what I have chosen for Georgina is really good because it shows that she is in the bath and see has been killed.
Costumes
Andrea:
This costume design I have made for Andrea as she is wearing all black.
The shoes that andrea could wear i was thinking were just plain black shoes.
This i feel sends a thriller message to the audience.
Permission Letter
Here is an Image of the letter that I have sent to the Swanley Town Council.
I am waiting for a response to this from the Council.

Production logo's
I have come up with some ideas of what our logo can look like for our production company. I thought because our group is called gas group we could use gas fire in our logo.
Locations
Here are a couple of images I got off of Google maps to show what the area is like around our filming location and also where it is going to bed held and set.
Here some street names so you know where its being filmed:

Risk Assessment
To each of our individual given tasks, I have written out the risk assessment for our thriller production. I included some hazards that may occur and how high or low of a risk they are.
Production Companies
Here are some possible production companies that we looked in too.
Also the way in which they appear on the screen has influenced us as a group as to how we are going to show our logo, and how it is going to appear.
To Do List
These are things in which we have decided to complete to improve our grade , for a group blog.

Remake of Parity
Me and my group met up the other day to film our parity sequence. It did not go very well because our filmier (georgina) tilted the camera to film some parts which worked effectively but could not turn it round when editing. Also you can still hear some of the voices but other than that it went well.
Here is the final video:

Remake of Dexter
In our group we had to do a remake of the opening sequence of 'Dexter'. We found it a bit hard to edit the sequence but we managed to get it done in the time appropriate, as you can hear we still got some of the sound from our videoing but still you can hear the Dexter sounds. We thought overall that the opening titles looked quite similar to the orginial and are happy with what we produced.

BFI Trip
Yesterday, both media classes went to the British Film Institute in London to watch and experience the different types of opening title sequences, what aspects make a thriller and advice on what to do and what not to do when making our own thriller.
Here are some different key features involved when making a successful thriller:
- Genre
- Narrative
- Character
- Amotsphere
- Setting
We also looked at the website http://www.artofthetitle.com/ to watch some interesting opening title sequences that could inspire us. Some good examples of this were, catch me if you can, Nepolian Dynamite, Dawn of the Dead and Scott Pilgrim vs the world. They each had interesting ways of presenting the titles. Dexter Fletcher was one of the guests that came to speak to us about making a succesful film, what kind of things he has starred in and how to be successful. You have to be determined and confident.
We decided as a group that the trip was worth going on as we learnt a lot from the speakers and from Pete Frasers himself. We as a group also got to view and critisise other students work, giving them a grade and learning from them what we should and shouldn't include in our thriller, The Ending.
